• Direct scheduling

  The claimant and/or attorney will be contacted at the time of scheduling for the best date, time and location to fit the claimant's schedule.

• Medical records copied

  Woodlake will come to your office and copy records on a regular schedule or on demand.

• Notification letter to claimant and/or attorney

  The language in this letter can be customized for your needs. Woodlake can send the notice to the claimant, attorney, or both, depending on your preference.

• Call to confirm receipt of notification letter

  Woodlake will call the appropriate individual seven days following the date the notice was sent to him or her regarding the IME. We will confirm receipt of the notice as well as the date and time of the IME.

• Interpreter services

  Woodlake can arrange for an interpreter for various languages. The fee will be itemized on the IME invoice.

• Cab services

  Woodlake can arrange for cab transportation to and from the exam location. The fee will be itemized on the IME invoice.

• Reminder call to claimant and/or attorney

  Four business days prior to the date of the IME, Woodlake will call the appropriate party to remind him or her of the exam and to verify he or she has directions and/or transportation to the exam. If your claimant does not speak English, an interpreter will call the claimant to remind him or her of the exam.

• Verbal reports

  Verbal reports are available if requested at the time of scheduling. Typically, within a day or two following the exam, Woodlake is able to provide a verbal report from the IME physician.

• Client seminars

  Complimentary breakfast or lunch seminars at an area hotel are also available for Woodlake clients. Typically, these seminars qualify for CLE credits and/or nursing credits.

• In-house medical seminars

  Seminars based upon the specialty and topic of your choice can be conducted at your office. Typically, these seminars qualify for CLE credits and/or nursing credits.

• Doctor recommendations

  Woodlake's knowledgeable staff will help you determine the best physician for your case.
